Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer Vacancy £40,000 | 3 Shift Rotation | Monday-Friday | No Weekends! We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing business. This is a full-time, on-site position working within a busy production environment. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Responding to breakdowns and conducting reactive maintenance Troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical faults Maintaining and repairing production machinery and equipment Ensuring electrical systems are safe, compliant, and fully operational Supporting continuous improvement of maintenance processes Working collaboratively with production and engineering teamsThe successful Maintenance Engineer will play a key role in ensuring maximum uptime and reliability across site. What type of Maintenance Engineer we're looking for Multi-skilled background Strong experience in equipment maintenance and repair Ability to carry out preventative maintenance effectively Electrical maintenance experience including fault-finding and installation 17th/18th Edition (desirable) Knowledge of health & safety standards Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Previous experience within metal finishing or plating would be advantageousIf you are a motivated Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable Monday-Friday shift pattern and the opportunity to join a supportive team environment, we would be keen to speak with you!
